Social Media Competition – Global Rapid Rugby & Rugby Beast

Terms and Conditions

Global Rapid Rugby Pty Ltd (Rapid Rugby) and Rugby Beast will present a Social Media giveaway during the 2019 Global Rapid Rugby Showcase Series via Instagram (Game of Chance Competition).
The Competition is only open to Australian/ New Zealand residents aged 18 or over.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Competition.
By entering the Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Rapid Rugby reserves the right to change, add, suspend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify the giveaway offered.

Entrants are to enter the Global Rapid Rugby Mailing List
Entries open Friday 5 June 7:00am to Wednesday 19th June 11.59pm AWST.
Rapid Rugby / Rugby Beast will contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the direct message from Rapid Rugby within 4 hour of it being sent (as determined by Rapid Rugby’s electronic records), Rapid Rugby reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize on offer is;
1x pink Rapid Rugby ball and 1x Rapid Rugby Backpack
This prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be claimed on an alternative date.
Rapid Rugby / Rugby Beast takes no responsibility for entries not received (for whatever reason) by Rapid Rugby.
By entering the competition, you agree to the use of your name and image in any material published by Rapid Rugby/ Rugby Beast to promote the Competition.
Any personal data collected during entry into the Competition will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Rapid Rugby / Rugby Beast will:
only use personal information provided by entrants, or collected under or in connection with this agreement, for the purposes of performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions;
not disclose any such information without the entrant’s prior written consent; comply with applicable Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988; and
not do or omit to do anything that causes the other party to be in breach of the APPs.
Rapid Rugby / Rugby Beast reserves the right to cancel or amend the rules of the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to potential entrants as soon as possible by GRR.
The parties acknowledge that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
By entering the Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Western Australia and any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

All content on the Global Rapid Rugby Website belongs to Sea of Blue Pty Ltd (trading as Global Rapid Rugby) and/or its suppliers or licensors. Global Rapid Rugby reserves all rights to protect is intellectual property as it deems appropriate.
